Cuisine combination: German spring rolls: the corned beef spring roll; the snitzel spring roll and the German sausage spring roll

Another cuisine combination: Texas Schnitzel; covered in spicy sauce, with melted cheese, sour cream and guacomole; my stomach is now telling me this is not a good idea (especially combined with hot potato salad and potato pancakes and the two tone bread roll seen at left of photo)
